Darci’s Fav Meditation

After I listen to “Protect and Replenish Your Energy” and “Heal Your Body,” if I have the time, I meditate while listening to “I Am.” This 45-minute meditation music is when I visualize myself floating in my bubble to connect with my guides.

Once I connect with them, I ask what needs to be brought to my awareness. Some days, my mind is a bit clouded with thoughts or ideas, so I see each thought float away while disconnecting cords. I then do a chakra cleanse. Once I have a calmer mind and clearer energy, I lean again and see what messages my guides might have for me.

Often, it is related to what steps I need to take in my life. Other times, I will check in with loved ones to see how I can support them both in the spirit world and this realm. I always end the meditation by asking them for an image, number, color, plant, or animal to help me on my current path. I then google the spiritual meaning of that image to see how it relates to me.
