Darci’s Fav Meditations
After I have meditated to my warm-up with “Protect and Replenish Your Energy,” I then play this 30-minute “Heal your Body.”
I find it so important to check in with my body daily to see what it is telling me and where its aches and pains are. I also feel gratitude and show my organs, bones, tissues, skin, muscles, endocrine system, and the entire body the appreciation I have for supporting me. I feel that it gives my immune system the boost it needs and helps me maintain my health.
